RED ROADSTER: The deep red hues of this beer give a hint of the full flavor to come. Crystal and Vienna malts contribute the rich flavor to this brew, while Golding and Cascade hops add the Subtle bitterness. Caution, this beer's got horsepower. XXX BLONDE ALE: A nod to our westerly neighbor. Pale malts and mild hops combine to make this refreshing - golden ale the perfect microbrew for macrobrew enthusiasts. BAILEY WHEAT: A hefeweizen Made (following German tradition. Wheat and 6-row malts, mild Saaz and Tettnanger hops, and a unique Bavarian yeast strain combine to give our weizen it's tangy, refreshing flavor. Enjoy it with a slice of lemon. PEAVINE PORTER: The brewmaster's favorite, this black beer has a smooth, deep, roasted flavor followed by a chocolaty coffee finish. Sierra Amber Ale: We combine pale, caramel, and 2-row malts with mild Washington and Idaho hops to produce this easy drinking copper colored ale. Silver Peak Indian Pale Ale: Some like it hoppy! Generous amounts of Cascade and Mt. Hood hops, with an added final dry hopping, give this assertive unfiltered beer it's distinctive snappy flavor! VINTNER'S CHOCOLATE STOUT: This beer, aged in French Oak Cabernet Sauvignon barrels combines a rich, chocolate stout with subtle notes of oak and wine character. Truly for the connoisseur of unique, one of kind beers, it's served in a 10 oz. glass and meant for a slow, reflective drinking experience... LEMON GRASS WHEAT: This is a classic American Wheat beer with an interesting and refreshing twist. The addition of Lemon Grass and Kaffir lime leaves make this one of our most popular summer beers. STEAMBOAT COMMON: Brewed in the style of San Francisco's iconic beer, this amber lager is fermented at ale temperature for added complexity. The refreshing finish comes from mild hoppinq and a hint of maltiness. BATTLE BORN BEER: Brewed for the Northern Nevada Lager Lovers out there! This beer's light character and mild American hops make it a favorite among Nevadans that love their cold beer and great state! JUICY PEACH ALE: This brew is a light and refreshing ale with a nice hint of peach both in the aroma and finish that comes from the addition of fresh peach puree.
