ATMOSPHERE...

Located in the heart of the Eldorado Hotel and Casino, the brewery is the featured element on display behind the bar. Large windows frame the beautiful copper brewing system and storage tanks, with lighting suspended from the 20' high ceiling. The dark wood and granite bar snakes in and out around to the kitchen which serves gourmet wood-fired pizzas, salads, burgers, ribs, sandwiches, homemade soups and complete dinners. There are 8 tap pouring stations for the many great beers, full refrigerators, and an abundance of liquor displayed on various shelving elements. The room has several levels and types of seating to accommodate the full service restaurant. A large patio-style area adjacent to the entrance offers additional seating for a more relaxed environment.

As a decor highlight, the beer appears to flow overhead in large duct work that hangs from the ceiling. Brick columns and walls are adorned with individually lighted artwork and the awards from many beer competitions. Opposite the bar area is a raised stage for the live music featured almost every night. There's a large projector screen behind the stage and plenty of specialized light fixtures for the acts to use to raise the crowds spirits on the dance floor! Complimenting this are many flat screens placed around the room usually tuned to sporting events. A few neon signs and other specialty lighting give the room an inviting, colorful glow - perfect for enjoying the great beers!

BEERS ON TAP...

Gold Dollar Pale Ale is a full bodied, American style pale ale.Dry and crisp with distinct hop flavors and tropical citrus overtones. (5.5% ABV / 38 IBU's)

Carano Extra is a pale German Kolsch style beer that has a very light, refreshing and crisp finish. (4.8% ABV / 25 IBU's)

Wild Card Wheat Ale is a Bavarian style unfiltered wheat beer. This hefe-Weizen is a unique brew with a light color, body and flavor. Taste great with or with out a lemon slice. (5.8% ABV / 15 IBU's)

Big Dog IPA is the highest gravity product offered from the brewery. Copper colored with an intense hop bitterness flavor. This brew has a high alcohol content and a dry, crisp finish. (6.8% ABV / 60 IBU's)

Redhead Amber Ale is an award winning Alt style beer. Amber in color with medium maltiness which gives the flavor a slight hint of chocolate. The finish is very smooth with a mild hop content. (6.0% ABV / 34 IBU's)

Double Down Stout is a dry, strong, black in color beer. It is a rich, velvety stout that is pleasantly crisp. (5.3% ABV / 48 IBU's)

Brewmaster Specials offer a wide variety of styles which rotate with the season.

Don's Root Beer is a full bodied, classic draft style, non-alcoholic treat!
